| Long description | Contact controlling stripes FOGRA KKS Use: Control of the unterradiation inclination with the copy of film and pressure plate (positive pressure plates and negative pressure plates) Description: The contact controlling stripe FOGRA KKS enables to grasp the hollow copy danger (unterradiation effects) on the pressure plate quantitatively. This happens by the fact that an exactly defined hollow copy is provoked and their magnitude is determined. This measure, the KKS announcement, depends on the following factors: Distance holder on the record (micropigmentation) Vacuum goodness (Absaugzeit, final vacuum) Mechanical qualities of the copy system (flexibility of film, record and base) Scattered light portion of the copy light (reflector creation, reflector distance, litter foil portion in whole exposure) Exposure time The contact controlling stripe FOGRA KKS contains three fields of a circle with the same diameter (25 mm), consisting of fine lines with the same line strength (about 50 mm). In the middle of every pattern of a circle a distance holder is raised whose height with field of a circle 2 and 3 compared with field of a circle 1 doubles or trebles. A hollow copy whose magnitude marks the hollow copy inclination originates with the copy all around the distance holder from the intentionally generated distance. The scales which number serially the circles in four directions from the inside outwardly serve for the judgement of the hollow copy. If the hollow copy to reaches possibly to the 10th line, there are 2.5 mm untershines, with line 20 there are 5 mm. |
